14/01/2012 SurVivArt and the Radius of Art conference

On February 8th and 9th, parallel to the SurVivArt exhibition,  the Radius of Art conference will take place at the Heinrich Boell Stiftung in Berlin. The aim of the conference  is to promote an exchange of views about different approaches and experiences with forms of international cultural cooperation and to formulate common targets for future collaboration. The potential for change of a global (environ)mental cultural transition and the role of art within this process are at the core of  of the conference.

As a way of bringing together the SurVivArt and Radius of Art, a crossover workshop will take place on the 6th and 7th of February. We are looking forward for an intensive exchange and enriching discussions on the possibilities of a good life within cultures of sustainability. For information on the crossover workshop read here and for the program of the conference, here.
